It has been an exciting and interesting ride of online shopping experience for me since the mid year 2008, around May to be exact. I have learned that I could get absolutely about anything in the whole wide web world out there, ranging from clothes, shoes, bags to cookies... Yeeepp.. cookies.. can u believe it??? I do now.... :)
All these shoppings are a mere click away from me sitting in my home and they get delivered straightaway after me making the payment to the seller's bank account, of course... using the internet banking --> as u know, we are talking about the convenience of internet shopping after all.
So... anyway... suddenly not long after I find myself and my cupboards being swamped with all these wonderful things waiting to be worn , waiting in line to be used sparingly with all my other goodies which are also bought offline at "real-life" boutiques during my fortnightly visit to Jakarta malls.... yesss.. me living in a small town still does not prevent me from wearing nice clothes, shoes and bags.. :)
Theeeeennnnnn.............Darling hubby started to realise that all his clothes are being shipped to the cupboards of our guest room and he started missing his clothes... **silly me- I should have arranged the cupboard better** , since all his clothes are being swapped by my bags and beautiful dresses and tops... Thank God for my own huge shoes cupboard sitting at the back, so he does not realise this part of my hidden shopping too... :>
So anyway, this got me thinking.. there is a big big world out there who love vintage finds and always on the lookout for better alternatives to shopping @ the malls.... this could be due to time constraints, hectic work lifestyle, busy schedules for house moms and shopping budget too.. After all, who does not want a CHEAPER but still LIKE NEW Marc Jacobs shoes or Louis Vuitton bags up for grabs in the wonderful internet Shopping world??? I know I do!!!!!! *many exclamation points showing my excitement** Besides, all the people in Australia , America and Europe have always been on VINTAGE and SECOND HAND shopping for a long time now... why should we be any different!!!
There goes my brainstorming to start selling off my gorgeous frocks, cute tops and fashionable bags and shoes and get them recycled so I could still enjoy the additional extra income coming to be used to fund my ongoing project of shopping... hahahahhaha Ain't Life wonderful??? Of course all these items are SOLD at only a FRACTION of the actual buying price I got them for, which is why my online shops have been accepted famously by my loyal customers as well as prospective clientele... Mann!!! how proud I am to say that I am now officially a successful online fashion boutique owner..... :)
BUT, it's never enuff until I learned how to sell through my own shopping site... since now I am currently using the Friendster and Multiply media... I'm sure all u Online shoppers are familiar with... :) come on... I know u do!!!! hahahahha anyway... sooo... There goes the story of my time becoming an online shopping junkie... :)
